Scottish Cabinet Bute House Visit

The Peace Club  had a day to remember on 1st December. They were invited to speak to the Cabinet of the Scottish Parliament by First Minister, Nicola Sturgeon, about their concerns for the environment, endangered animals, war and poverty. They addressed the cabinet and asked questions of the Ministers. Afterwards, they were  allowed to sit around the Cabinet table and talk to the First Minister. This was followed by a tour of the Holyrood Parliament building, including the Debating Chamber. Everyone spoke very highly of their presentation. They did themselves  proud and you can see the images of their trip here!
